The Grand Entrance Hall. has been variously described as a dramatic and architecturally stunning masterpiece, to a warm and inviting center-piece to a Victorian Mansion. Carefully restored, but with the original 100 year old floor timbers, pocket doors and windows, this is the perfect place to sit and relax. The library is a favorite area for some of our corporate guests to enjoy privacy and space on the full-size conference table, and with Ladies Groups and private parties.

The Chelsea Lounge,with it's unique antiques and fine, custom drapes. is a popular setting with our diners for a private dinner or celebration.
It is the perfect setting for an intimate Anniversary Dinner, with Gold Candleabra and fresh roses on the table. Dinner is silver-served by your own Butler, with tailcoat and white-glove service.
The Westminster Parlour provides the period setting for our Gourmet English Breakfasts, and Aunt Barbara's Tea Room.

Our dining service is with English Etiquete. Your table is yours for the evening. We do not have words like 'rush or 'urgent' in our vocabulary!

All our food from soup to dessert is home cooked. We cannot offer a 30-item menu, and then take out a bag of 'Chef's Special' from the freezer! We do not even have menus! Your butler will explain what home-cooked delicacy the kitchen has prepared, and suggest you choose your favorite!

We help our guests to wine!

For good wine, Great food, and wonderful ambiance, the Los Pinos Winery is located just 15 minutes south of Pittsburg. As a special low cost service to our guests, we offer liveried chauffer service in our Rolls Royce Silver Spur to the vineyard, with collection at any time (and we mean any time!) for return to your suite. This service is also available for other venues & events. We added this service because we don't want our guests to worry about having a designated driver. Your well-being is our prime concern.

Our very special Victorian Tea Rooms in PITTSBURG & WINNSBORO, are the ONLY authentic English tea rooms in East Texas and beyond. Enjoy all the civility and leisure of an English Country Tea Room. Fine cut sandwiches, freshly-baked scones with jams and clotted cream. English biscuits and delicious desserts, all served with bottomless pots of fine imported English teas. Our lunch special, serving English traditional, home-cooked lunches have fast become recognized & recommended in many local travel magazines and newspapers, including the Dallas Morning News.
Reservations for Afternoon Tea and Dinner is required at the Bed & Breakfast in Pittsburg, but walk-ins are welcome in Winnsboro!
