Although we take your email address from this site if
you respond to any of the forms we promise that we will
only contact you on the subject of that response
(booking or information). We do not sell your
information to anyone and therefore will not spam you.

A fair Cancellation Policy.
Like all hotels and lodging places, we ask for a credit card to confirm the other details you give us. WE DO NOTHING WITH THE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TILL YOU ARRIVE. Our cancellation policy is: If you give us enought time (usually at least 2 weeks), we will do all we can to re-let your booked suite. If not, we will charge for the suite as booked, but we will SEND YOU A VOUCHER SO YOU CAN A FREE NIGHT AT A TIME CONVENIENT TO YOU. (Subject to availability). We only have 6 suites, so we ask our guests to understand our cancellation policy, we in turn wish to make sure you still have a great stay with us!
